Christmas is around five months away still, but we all know what happens around Christmas. When December falls upon us all, we seem to forget to watch the calories and binge, binge, binge.
And I know that we should all exercise because we want to be healthy, but if you still haven't reached that level of awareness and responsibility just yet, then think about this instead: exercise now and get fit so you won't put on so much weight around Christmas.
So get on your treadmill or your elliptical, and control your portions now. Come Holidays, you'd at least feel less guilty and more entitled to all those cakes and pastries and the baked goodies that are showered to us by relatives.
